It's been a while since I last update this blog...am I getting lazy or my life is so boring that is not worth updating anymore. Actually boring or no update is also good means I have less complaint about life and when we have less complaints will mean that we have more fortune right? Since there is a saying that when u complaint > u are actually more agitated = bad tempered > you will then burn your 福田。Hopefully, I did explain it correctly.
Anyway, apart having a normal and boring life, my family is in the midst of some changes...I believe most of you already know...We are moving hse...to be exact moving to the opp block.haha. So now I am the main person responsible for the house decor and working with our contractor for the decor.
Look out for more update on how we mix new and old. Don't think it will be anything modernise but hope it will be simple, clean and cosy for us.

Power of blogging
If you notice I usually blogs about the happy and unhappy things in my life. You might think that I am such a winer who always blog about the unhappiness in my life but blogging let me pour out all these feelings and once it is out in the open, I actually do feel better. At times, it even help enlighten me and give me direction in life. Started blogging just out for fun but it has now become a therapy whenever I am down.
To end, this is something I learn during my religious class yesterday:
Life is the same for everyone. It is just how each and everyone of us choose to deal with every situations that makes our life different.
Really enlightenting for me. Hope it do the same for you.

Feelings
Since the past few weeks, my mood has been going down hill...I wonder if it is the final eruptions from everything or the problem lies with me.. I just 看不开。Always so persistence in my way of thinking and just cannt just let it go that there is crap. However, I am no longer that young little girl who always have my way and have no financial commitments. I just have to learn to bear with all the rubbish.
However, trying is so difficult and I just feel so demoralised and upset when it is time to work. God, please give me strength to overcome this period and hopefully I will find the light in my tunnel. Because I am sure there is someone out there who is definetly worst then me.
Below are 2 lines from some old chinese song which keep ringing in my head and a true reflections of my current thoughts:
“我真的好累”and “带我离开这里到一个遥远的地方”
End note: They can't change to suit me and I so I have to give up my beliefs to suit their style. Haiz...parts and parcel of adulthood. :-(

A reminder for me...
I watch a TV programme last night and the old lady brought out a very simple but true point of life. Coincidentally, it was the same topic that was preach during my religious class last night so shall put it down in my blog to serve as a reminder for myself.
"Life is like a mirror....If you are sad, your life will be sad...But if you are happy, life will also smile back at you."
During class yesterday, it was shared as well if you think you are poor, you will always be poor. If you think your work suck, it will always suck as well. A lot of times things happened because of how we feel. Hence, it is important to stay positive and have faith and I think god will do the rest for us. Obviously, life can't be always be smooth sailing and we will bound to face some turbulence or issues but we can't be defeated by them easily. Even if things don't goes our way, we can't just lose our faith but trust that god has already done its best for us and there is a reason for what we have gone through. Be it good or bad. In short, be grateful for what you have.
Coming to the point of "if you think you are poor, you will always be poor" so from now I shall start thinking that "I will be rich, able to get a better paying job, etc...." Hoping that it will eventually come true. Hee hee. I think I should really get rid on my greediness habit.

Update on my little darlings
Below are updated pictures of my little darlings:
Best shots for the day.

Clara @13mths - able to stand and walk on her own with support.
Crawling at a super speed.

She truly love her bathing time. Must get approval for her to start swimming. Since she is getting older so no more nude shot.

Deep in thoughts.
Josh @ 15mths - chatting away
Staring at something

Confessions of a shopaholic
As all will know, I am someone who can't go without retail theraphy. It is like a motivation for me to stay on a job. Furthermore, I am not so into luxurious items so just some good buys for me will perk me up....enough of excuses and trying to get out of the category of shopaholic. heehee.
So when GSS started last Friday which actually coincides with the Club21 sale, I took a day off and went shopping with my friend. So see my purchases below and it also serve as a reminder for me that no matter how sucky my job is, I still need to bear with it unless I can go w/o my retail theraphy.
Bought these DKNY shirt and CK skirts just for $30 and $40 each respectively...gd buys? Love the last black skirt...personally feel it is good working dress but not so plain.
After a quick bite after Club 21 sale, we proceed to my favourite shop at chinatown and added the below items to my collection:
Hopefully my photography skills didn't spolit the look. Anyway I am happy with these purchases but that means I need a higher paid job to sustain my this "little" hobby. Haha
Sorry this is a rather rush entry since i need to rush for work.

Little Princess Turn 1
Last year, we welcome our little princess to the world and today she finally turn 1. Daddy and mummy decided to host a birthday party for her. As her godma, I was rope in to help in the decoration so I became their "Maria" for the day. Hence, after my offical work duties ended yesterday, I turn up promptly at my 2nd work place.
After our little princess fall asleep, we decided on the 1st task and that's is blowing the balloons since Daddy has a big plan for her little girl. So we work hard and we achieved the below decoration for the entrance to her palace.

Impressive and professional looking right? We are all very satisfied with the overall effects though it look like it is meant for a wedding more than a birthday party.
Time for a picture with the little princess who is struggling to get out from my arms and go straight to her daddy's arm.
First guests for the party
Godma's present for me...
Daddy and mummy with my toy
Look at my cake, it is a bib. so sweet and I can say it is very delicious since mummy give me a small bite.
That's all for my little princess's first birthday.

When my little prince meets my little princess
Have always updated the developments of my little prince charming - BB Josh so it created some interest to my little princess's mummy...so we decided let the little ones and have some fun. However, we didn't imagine that it ended with a little cat fight...haha.
When they first met, BB Josh just threw a ball directly at BB Clara's forehead and wanted to grab her. After a while, they decided to play on their own. At the end of the day, BB Clara didn't left the place without any revenge because she also ended up giving BB Josh a good grab which left him crying. But he didn't lose out as well because he also give her a good grab back. That's what happened when they first meet.
Here are the pictures:
Some update photos of the little prince - grown up quite a bit right?

As usual, he is such a TV addict.
Trying to get a shot of them together but little princess clara is so hyper and excited abt the toys.
Haiz, too bad. eyes blink.

Okie. Finally got a few shots of them together. Hopefully they can play together again when they grow up.Sunday, April 5, 2009
Inspirations
Someone forwarded the below email and I find it pretty meaningful. Hopefully, it can inspire you like it has inspire me since by nature, I am greedy and likes to complain.

If you think you don't have many friends.....

If you think you are unhappy, look at them

If you think your salary is low, how about her?
If you think you don't have many friends.....
When you feel like giving up, think of this man

If you think you suffer in life, do you suffer as much as he does?

If you complain about your transport system, how about them?

If your society is unfair to you, how about her?

Are you still complaining?
Observe around you and be thankful for all that you have in this transitory lifetime.....
We are fortunate, we have much more than what we need to be content.
Let's try not to feed this endless cycle of consumerism and immorality in which this "modern and advanced" society forgets and ignores the other two thirds of our brothers and sisters.
Let us complain less and give more!
On top of the above, I also notice that there is a short segment on TV mobile called "Inspirations" and I took down the below quotes to inspire me:
- "I learnt that the best classroom is under the foot of an elderly person."
- "I learnt that if one person tell you "you make my day", it makes my day"
- "I learnt that to have a child sleep in your arms is the most peaceful thing in the world"
- "I learnt that money can't buy class."
- "I learnt that it is all the little things that make life so spectacular."
- "I learnt that if the lord didn't take 1 day to create everything. What makes me think I can?"
